Our İLKSEÇ Foundation 15th Term Hafızlık Ijazah Ceremony was held, thank God.
The ceremony held at Bayrampaşa Kocatepe Mosque, where 81 of our students received their icazahs, attracted great interest. The ceremony began with the Quran recitations of Selim YILMAZ, Metin ÇAKAR, Ahmet Mehmet ALİOĞLU and Ferruh MUŞTUER Hocaefendi. Then, Bayrampaşa Mufti Recep EREN Hocaefendi took the podium and addressed the guests.
The ceremony was attended by the Governor of the Center, Mr. Abdulkadir YAZICI, Bayrampaşa District Governor, Mr. Abdullah ÇİFTİ, Head of the Department of Hafızlık of the Presidency of Religious Affairs, Mr. İbrahim YILMAZ and Retired Mufti İzzet ŞENER Hocaefendi. Speaking at the ceremony, our teacher Ali Ulvi UZUNLAR, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of İLKSEÇ Foundation and Imam of Bayrampaşa Kocatepe Mosque, addressed our guests and said: “In the beginning of the Quran services that we started in 2003, we were practically begging our parents to find students. However, today, since we do not have any vacant seats in our 19 different Quran courses both in Turkey and abroad, we unfortunately have to turn many of our children away. I offer endless praise and gratitude to our Lord Almighty who has granted us these opportunities; I also express my gratitude to the lion servants of Allah Almighty who have not withheld their material and spiritual support for these services.”
Coming from different cities of Turkey, enduring homesickness for the Quran, sometimes laughing and sometimes crying, sleepless at night and wearily during the day, they tirelessly advance towards their goals; First of all, we wholeheartedly congratulate each of our children who have achieved their wishes thanks to the endless help of our Lord Almighty, the heartfelt prayers of their families, and the superior efforts and devotion of our teachers serving at the İLKSEÇ Foundation; we pray to God Almighty that each of them will be the bearers of the words of the Quran and the implementers of its meaning.
